Welcome to Design Dream Events! We are excited to create custom party favors that bring your special occasions to life. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers.
Processing & Production Time
Since all of our party favors are custom-made, please allow 14 business days for production before shipping. Processing time varies based on order size and design complexity.

Standard Orders: 14 business days

Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees may apply)
Once your order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
Economy Shipping: 6-8 business days
Note: Shipping times do not include production time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us at Designdreamevents@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
