Return & Refund Policy
At Design Dream Events, we take pride in creating custom party favors designed just for you! Because each order is made-to-order and personalized, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Order Issues & Replacements
We strive for perfection, but if you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at designdreamevents@gmail.com Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations & Changes
Since we begin working on orders quickly, cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once an order has left our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an issue arises, we recommend reaching out to the carrier for assistance.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only granted in rare cases of an error on our part. Otherwise, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
